Step 1 - Open the picture of hands. Select Magic Wand Tool and click the white area.
Press SHIFT+Click at the small area.
Step 2 - Press SHIFT+CTRL+I (Select Inverse). Then press CTRL+J (Duplicate selected area). Click at the eye of original layer to hide.
Step 3 - Place the wall texture (File>Place) and enlarge the layer. Just double-click the layer to approve size. Then drag the wall texture layer under the hand layer.
Step 4 - Desaturate the hands layer (SHIFT+CTRL+U).
Adjust the Level (CTRL+L).
Step 5 - Hide the texture layer. Apply the filter to the hand layer with Gaussian Blur.
Step 6 - Save as (SHIFT+CTRL+S) the picture with the Photoshop Format (PSD).
Step 7 - Duplicate the wall texture layer and drag to the top of hands layer. Then apply the filter to the layer with Displace.
Select the file that you've saved just now.
Step 8 - Press CTRL+Click the tiny image of hands layer. Then click Add Vector Mask.
Turn the layer to Overlay.
And this is the result.
